Payment Terms

2% 10 days: Net 30*

*if payment is made by Visa, Mastercard or American Express, there will be a 2% charge added to the invoice. However, credit card users will be able to use credit card without incurring charge if invoice is paid within 10 days of invoice date.

Shipping

All shipments are F.O.B Anaheim, prepaid and add; however freight will be prepaid on orders of $750 and above within the State of California. Charges on orders requiring special handling will paid by customer. Freight on drop shipments will be paid by customer unless will called.

Returns

There will be no restocking charge for returned goods if returned in 30 days from original PO. If after 30 days, there will be a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise must be in same condition as it was originally shipped. No returns allowed on special orders or made to order items.

Backorders

Backorders will be processed and shipped when product becomes available unless prior notification is received from the customer.

Warranty

All manufacturers warranties will be evaluated and hadled by the manufacturer. Allcon assumes no responsibility for manufacturers warranty.
